Founder and CEO
Vineet has 30 years of experience leading and managing large to medium-sized business transformation efforts. His experience has been focused on business strategy and vision development, supply chain management, organizational alignment, change management, and operational excellence. He has delivered significant improvement for multiple diversified Fortune 500 and Public Sector clients. Before Privatin, Vineet was a Principal at PRTM, a Managing Director, Professional Services at VerticalNet Inc, and a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Management Consulting practice.
Vineet holds a BS Degree from the University of Delhi, India and a Masters of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
Robert Feit
Vice President
Robert has over 20 years of experience in business transformation and management in both the private and public sectors. Robert has been a lead consultant on key initiatives including business model assessment and enhancement, IT-enabled supply chain and retail systems redesign and implementation, global sourcing (Central Asia, East Asia, Africa, Latin America), strategic supplier management programs, acquisition transformation, and PMO setup and management. Robert has previously served as Senior Director at CEB and senior leader at two boutique consulting firms.
Robert holds a BA degree from Williams College and a Masters of Business Administration degree (Operations and Finance concentrations) from The George Washington University.
David McCarty
Subject Matter Expert
David has 30+ years of career experience, working both domestically and internationally, consulting with commercial clients in manufacturing, wholesale and retail industries to develop and implement strategic, digital transformation initiatives to drive enterprise value. Key areas of focus include supply chain management, eCommerce strategies, revenue growth management, trade promotion management, new product development and marketing. During his career, David has worked at organizations across a wide spectrum of size, from small internet startups to large, global technology firms such as IBM..
David holds a BS degree in Biological Sciences from Cornell University.
Tim Murphy

Tim has over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, procurement, sourcing, process improvement, data analytics, and category management. Over his career, Tim has delivered significant savings for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to public sector organizations to international non-profit organizations. Tim's professional background includes time as a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Procurement BPO unit , strategic sourcing experience with the Mitchell Madison Group, and time as Head of Strategic Sourcing for Geller Services, a boutique consulting and outsourcing firm based in New York City.
Tim holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
Michael O'Connor
Subject Matter Expert
Michael has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience with government and corporate clients in a variety of industries. His experience has been focused on business transformation, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, process transformation, and financial analysis. Prior to joining Privatin, Michael was conducted consulting engagements as a Principal at Annapolis Acquisition LLC and as a Senior Manager at A.T. Kearney. Prior to consulting, Michael worked in the engineering profession conducting international sourcing activities for an industrial equipment manufacturer.
Michael holds a BS degree in Mechanical engineering from Penn State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
Dave Dixon
Senior Analytics Consultant
Dave has over 20 years of experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence, with additional layers of change management, process improvement and operations. Focused on data visualization due to a graphic design background, Dave came to government contracting more recently from the private sector. Prior to joining Privatin, Dave spent over ten years in wireless telecom, and then several years in private education and association management before making the transition and consulting on projects for the US Patent and Trademark Office, the Department of Health and Human Services, and GSA.
